Michael brings serious digital depth to BBDO’s creative leadership through his experience as co-founder of Trapeze Media, which over 14 years became one of the strongest pure play digital marketing agencies in Canada.

From his Gemini Award-winning television shows, to launching and managing P&G’s Kandoo brand in North America and Western Europe, to building the first responsive ecommerce site in Canada with Kraft, Mike’s depth of digital knowledge, expertise and literacy are hard to match.

With the help of the teams he assembled, Mike has won several Webbys, Canadian Marketing Awards, Effies and had one of his earliest digital narratives installed in the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.

Mike enjoys people who fish, who eavesdrop, and who live the kind of lives he only imagined happened in fairy tales. His favourite city is London and his favourite colour is aubergine.

Diana’s experience embraces client, agency and digital leadership roles, which makes her a trusted senior partner for her clients at BBDO. Diana's strengths in both strategy and execution gives clients a holistic approach to account leadership and the benefit of deep experience across diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, financial services, government, retail and pharma.

Diana's CRM expertise was honed while working on world-class programs such as Kraft Foods, Monster and Astra Zeneca. Her current leadership includes the agency's Rogers assignment, which covers integrated communications across acquisition and retention portfolios for all of their major LOBs.

In addition to her direct responsibility on accounts, Diana also heads up digital integration at BBDO. Diana’s leadership in process excellence is ensuring that BBDO offers the best integrated digital capability in the market.

Jeff brings creative thinking, business strategy and 20 years of technology leadership to his role as head of technology at BBDO. His experience is rooted in the needs of clients: he started at TD building financial systems and brought TD EasyWeb and TD WebBroker to life.

Jeff has dreamt, designed, developed and executed virtually every kind of technology solution imaginable --- from banking and trading systems, to e-commerce, to CRM. These solutions ranged from complete 360 degree solutions to working with corporate IT partners within our clients’ organizations.

Before joining Proximity in 2011, Jeff led agencies through technology solutions for the likes of Publicis, Grip Limited and Henderson Bas including work for such clients as Molson Coors, ING, Nike, Honda, Acura, Bell, Expedia, lululemon, Rogers, CIBC, LG, Labatt, Nestle and Purina.

With an Agnostic approach to technology, Jeff has experience across various technical platforms and welcomes any emerging technologies.

Bringing with her over 20 years of both B2C and B2B Direct Response Marketing experience, Rosie joined Proximity earlier this year from BIMM Direct + Digital where she was the VP Client Service overseeing strategy, planning and account leadership on a variety of accounts including TELUS, Audi Canada, Bridgewater Bank and Scotiabank International. Her passion for direct response marketing was ignited early in her career during a 9 year tenure at BMO Bank of Montreal when the organization shifted their focus to data and analytics.

She has worked with a number of organizations on their loyalty programs and how to leverage their data and insights towards the acquisition, activation and retention of clients including but not limited to: CIBC Visa Card Marketing, Molson Coors’ Insider Program, iCoke rewards, Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaw Company Limited and Discovery Channel. Currently, Rosie is a strategic lead within Proximity, overseeing CRM and integrated strategy for numerous clients including BlackBerry, Rogers Communications Inc. and Starbucks Canada.
